Following an article about celebs Hayden Panettiere and Justin Bieber leaving their vegetarian diets, Yumi Media offers comments on the news.
Bohemia, NU (PRWEB) December 13, 2012
On December 13, 2012, Yumi Media commented on an Examiner article by Joanne Eglash announcing that Hayden Panettiere and Justin Bieber abandoning their vegetarian diets for various reasons.
According to the Examiner article, actress Hayden Panettiere and musician Justin Bieber have something in common in that they both gave up on their vegetarian diets. The article stated that Hayden tried vegetarianism, but it did not agree with her body. Panettiere says in the article that she used to run for one hour everyday, but her veggie diet was making her body shut down.
According to the article, “Meanwhile, Justin wanted to be a vegan in order to emulate his mentor and idol, Usher.” The article mentions that Bieber could not keep up the diet due to his negative mood as a result of becoming a vegetarian, and distaste for tofu. The article states that Panettiere “now she eats eggs and veggies for breakfast, chicken or fish and greens for lunch and "sushi for dinner, as long as the fish aren’t endangered."
Yumi Media commented on the article by acknowledging it is not easy being a vegetarian. “Becoming a vegetarian is no easy task, especially if you once loved eating meat,” says Yumi Media representative, Takara Licausi. “Even though they gave up on their vegetarian diets, going meat-free once a week and choosing a Quorn meat alternative product can be easily done.”
