6 Pride of the Pond catfish filets

 

3 cups rice

 

 

1 can UNSALTED peanuts

 

1 stick UNSALTED Butter

 

1 t. dried Ginger

 

 

1/2 t. McCormick's Season All

 

1 t. dried Minced Garlic

 

1 15oz bottle Teriyaki Sauce

 

1/2 stick UNSALTED Butter

 

 

 

 

 

In a small stock pot, mix Teriyaki sauce and butter. Let it melt together on low.

Place the peanuts in a plastic bag and hit them until they crack. You do NOT want

to powder them, just crack. Place them in a skillet with 1 stick butter and on low

let them brown, stirring occasionally. Pan sear the catfish, sprinkling ginger,

Season All, and garlic on them while they cook. Cook until done, flipping once.

(about 15 minutes) on medium/high heat. Cook rice according to directions on

package. To plate, pile rice, catfish, peanuts, then spoon sauce over top.
