

Orange Tea Biscuits
2 ¼ cups Bisquick Mix
2/3 cups milk
Zest of 1 ½ large oranges
Blend mix, milk, and zest, knead 10 times, and cut out small biscuits with something very small, like a liqueur glass. Make a paste of orange juice and granulated sugar, spread on top of biscuits, and place a pecan half on top.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes approximately 2 dozen small biscuits.
