Sautéed Asparagus and Broccoli
1 bunch asparagus
2-3 large stems broccoli
Toasted sesame seeds
Prepare asparagus by snapping off woody ends and cut into 1/3's or ¼'s.Chop florets off broccoli stems. Combine both vegetables in a sauté pan
Toss with olive oil and sesame oil to taste. Sauté on medium high heat, vegetables will be hot but crisp and will retain color.
Finish with kosher salt and a sprinkle of sesame seeds
