Gazpacho

Garlic to taste
4 large tomatoes, peeled and seeded
½ green bell pepper
½ small onion
1 cucumber
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 T. olive oil
3 T. red wine vinegar
½ cup cold water

Split ingredients into half, put into blender or food processor and mix well, add the other half of processed ingredients.  Garnish with cilantro, grilled seafood, sour cream and avocadoes.  Serve well chilled.
