

Deviled Eggs
18 hard boiled eggs, peeled and halved
Mayonnaise to bind
Dry mustard
Curry powder
Dried dill
Dried parseley
Well drained sweet pickle relish
Tabasco sauce to taste
Salt and fresh ground pepper
Bring eggs to boil in cold water, then cut off and let cool. Peel and halve, then crumble the yolks in a large bowl. Add to taste all the dried spices and herbs you like. Mayonnaise is to bind only—don't make this too soupy with the mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with paprika for color and presentation
