

Carol's Shrimp Dip
2 cans medium shrimp
½ green bell pepper, diced
2 pieces celery, diced fine
1 cup mayonnaise
1 8oz block of cream cheese, softened
¼ tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. mace (if unavailable, use 2 tsp of Old Bay Seasoning)
1 tsp. onion juice
1 tsp. Lea and Perrins
¼ tsp. salt
Dash of cracked black pepper
Mix all ingredients well, serve well chilled on crackers or with corn chips
