Job Description:

The most visible members of the news staff. These are the people that appear as the "up front" personalities on local newscasts. The news anchor is a complete journalist, familiar with reporting, on-scene live coverage and skilled at writing, and in some cases, producing news packages.

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years "on air" experience preferred. Must have excellent writing skills. Candidate will be required to produce local news broadcasts. Strong leadership abilities also a must.

Other Requirements:

Dependable transportation and good driving record required.

Must have good basic computer skills and ability to operate adobe premiere and final cut pro editing software. Social media experience is also preferred.
