

Stafford's Banana turnover:
1 can flakey biscuits
1 cup brown sugar
1 bunch of bananas, very ripe
1 stick of real butter
In a nonstick muffin pan, put one pat of butter in ten of the holes. Follow with one tablespoon of brown sugar and two slices of banana in each hole. Cover each hole with a biscuit. There will be two holes remaining. Fill these with water to avoid burning. Bake according to directions on canned biscuits. When done, turn the pan upside down on a platter. If the biscuits do not fall out losen them with a spoon.
