PUMPKIN BARS [ VERY MOIST] 2 Cups All Purpose Flour 2 Cups Sugar 4 Eggs 1 Cup Vegetable Oil 2 Cups [16 oz] Pumpkin Puree [not the pre-mixed] 2 Tsp. Cinnamon 1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice 1/4 Tsp. Salt 2 Tsp. Baking Powder 1 Tsp. Baking Soda Pour into a greased jelly roll [cookie sheet with sides]. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes...up to 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: 3 oz. cream cheese, room temperature, 3/4 cup butter = [1 + 1/2 sticks butter, room temperature] 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 Tablespoon Milk, 3 cups powdered sugar. Mix well, spread on cooled pumpkin bars.
