Mediterranean Grilled Chicken

Mediterranean Grilled Chicken   One Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Per Person [make extra for leftovers!]   Marinade:   1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt, 1 small can Spicy V-8 tomato Juice, 1/2 Cup Orange Juice [I used Orange/Mango Juice], 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1-1/2 teaspoons Oregano flakes; 2 garlic cloves-minced; 1 to 2 tsp. curry powder, 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 serrano pepper, seeded and sliced; Black Pepper to taste.   In a zip lock bag, marinate the chicken breasts in the refrigerator overnight or for at least one hour.  [You can use a cut up chicken if you aren't watching your calories.]   Grill on each side about 5 minutes, turn, cook 5 more minutes or until done, do not overcook.
