Stephen Robinson joined WXVT in December of 1992 as a sports reporter and anchor. A native of Miami, he graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication.
Before coming to WXVT Robinson worked as sports director at KHAS-TV, the NBC affiliate in Hastings, Nebraska. He also worked as a production assistant for WSVN-TV in Miami.
Stephen has been honored for his work having won several broadcasting awards. He has been recognized by the Mississippi Associated Press Broadcast Association for best sportscast, best sports story and best feature reporting.
In his spare time Stephen enjoys listening to music, going to the movies, and reading. He is married and has two daughters.
