David Midlick Named Lady Statesmen Head Coach

In front of an enthusiastic crowd on Tuesday at the Hugh Ellis Walker Alumni House, Delta State University welcomed David Midlick as the new head coach of the Lady Statesmen Basketball program.  Midlick, who comes to DSU with nine years on the NCAA Division I level as an assistant, began his duties immediately.   

"I'm extremely excited about the opportunity to lead the Delta State University women's basketball program," Midlick said.  "The Lady Statesmen Basketball program is one with a great tradition of excellence and we will work to insure that legacy continues.
