Catfish Teriyaki |

6 Pride of the Pond catfish filets |

3 cups rice |
|
|
|||
|
1 can UNSALTED peanuts |
|
||||
|
1 stick UNSALTED Butter |
|
||||
|
1 t. dried Ginger |
|
|
|||
|
1/2 t. McCormick's Season All |
|
||||
|
1 t. dried Minced Garlic |
|
||||
|
1 15oz bottle Teriyaki Sauce |
|
||||
|
1/2 stick UNSALTED Butter |
|
||||
|

|
In a small stock pot, mix Teriyaki sauce and butter. Let it melt together on low. |

|
Place the peanuts in a plastic bag and hit them until they crack. You do NOT want |
|||||
|
to powder them, just crack. Place them in a skillet with 1 stick butter and on low |
|||||
|
let them brown, stirring occasionally. Pan sear the catfish, sprinkling ginger, |
|||||
|
Season All, and garlic on them while they cook. Cook until done, flipping once. |
|||||
|
(about 15 minutes) on medium/high heat. Cook rice according to directions on |
|||||
|
package. To plate, pile rice, catfish, peanuts, then spoon sauce over top. |

||||
