Creamy Catfish Tarragon |

2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup |

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup |
|
|||
|
1 quart Heavy Whipping Cream |
|
|||
|
1 stick Butter |
|
|
||
|
1 T. Dried Minced Garlic |
|
|||
|
2 t. McCormick's Season All |
|
|||
|
2 t. dried Tarragon (or more to taste) |
|
|||
|
6 Pride of the Pond catfish fillets |
|
|||
|
1 small box Fettuccini |
|
|
||
|
|

|
Mix the first seven ingredients in a stock pot. Mix well and heat. Cook pasta according to directions on box. |

In a non-stick skillet, pan sear the catfish fillets on both sides until done, turning once over a medium high |
||||
|
heat. (about 15 minutes) Put pasta on plate, top with catfish, pour as much creamy sauce on top as you want! |
