

Bachelor Brunch Casserole
6 large whole eggs, beaten
1 cup freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices bread, white or wheat, crust on, cubed
2 cups whole milk
1 lb. sausage, hot or mild, crumbled and cooked, well drained
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Pepper to taste
Lightly butter a 9x13 casserole dish. Layer bread, sausage, and cheese. Wisk eggs, milk, and seasonings together, and pour over layers. Cover well with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Cook one hour at 350 degrees.
