

1-2 Tablespoons of butter
4 Shallots - sliced thin
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Buckshot Seasoning
Place butter and shallots in a skillet and cook on high until the shallots are caramel in color. Reduce heat to half and then add the wine, heavy whipping cream and Buckshot Seasoning to taste. Cook until the sauce is the desired thickness.
