

Red Cabbage Slaw with Sweet Savory Dressing
Thinly slice or shred 1 head red cabbage
Add a bunch of broccoli florets—may be 3 stems
1 box grape tomatoes, halved
4 green onions, chopped, tops and bottoms
½ purple onion, thinly sliced, this is optional
Dressing:
2/3 cup olive oil
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar 1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes
Dress slaw with dressing, will last at least a day or two in fridge.
