LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Little Rock Mayor Mark Stodola will be on hand to help celebrate the 10th anniversary of the weatherization assistance program in central Arkansas.

The program is sponsored by the Arkansas Community Action Agencies Association and the state Office of Community Services. A news conference about the program is slated for Friday morning at the River Market Pavilion in downtown Little Rock.
