

Jane Henry's Chili
2-2 ½ pounds ground beef, browned in olive oil
2 cans chili hot beans
1 can light red kidney beans
1 can Rotel
2 tsp. hot chili powder
1 small can tomato paste plus 1 ½ cups water
1 box (2 packets) beefy onion soup mix
Combine all ingredients and simmer for at least ½ hour
